Montauk seafood grill is only a short distance to the hotel. Characterful base for a trip in Vail: )

The location of this place was perfect - just a short walk from some awesome tourist spots, like the north trail trailhead. Plus, there's a tasty pizza spot, Blue Moose Pizza, only a 5-minute walk away! 🍕

The condo was excellent
The only thing we didn't care for is that the condo does not have air conditioning. Wasn't a huge deal however would have been nice at night.

Location in Lionshead area was good, just a short walk with Skis etc....customer parking a great bonus! We were in the Landmark Apts in 110 which was comfy and cosy but a little dated. Nicely equipped kitchen and surprisingly large and comfy bunks. Had a nice view of the mountains. Walking distance to everything and shuttle service into Bol village is a nice touch for those who do not wish to walk. Nice choice for first time stay on vail
Room could have been vacuumed during stay.

The young man at the front desk when we arrived would not accommodate us by having our room cleaned next, and simply kept repeating that check in was at 4. He then claimed he would ask them to clean our room next but, 2 hours later, he still had not. We lost a ski day due to his lackadaisical attitude.

The location is perfect, right near a vail shuttle stop, which makes for easy transportation to dinner. Covered parking was great. Clean suite. Stocked kitchen and fireplace made for a great evening in after a day of skiing.
The suite/condo itself is a bit run down, especially after checking in at the gorgeous lobby.

The price point for this condo was on the lower end of Vail Village and Lionshead options. However, the nightly rental rate was still not inexpensive and I expected that the facility would be in better condition. Facility was dated and there was virtually no amenities worth using. The location was very good for getting to the ski lifts and to the village. Even though it was one of the facilities furthest from the mountain, it was a direct line to the ski lifts and it was only a 100 yard walk. It was also on the bus line so getting to Vail Village was very easy.

Devon at the front desk made the reservation even better then expected. We had a reservation fall through at a different location. We thought our vacation was ruined. In desperation we found this great place. Devon got us into our room early and everything from this point on was perfect.

Good location.
Arm chairs are old and broken; fireplace doesn't work, pilot light keeps going out; front door lock mechanism doesn't work half the time.

Great location, friendly housekeeping, great beds, nice view.
The man at check in was not very helpful or attentive, he was more about texting someone than assisting us.

The fridge stopped working. Staff was was quick to provide solution. Had to have maintenance come light fireplace pilot light. Should have been done before arrival.
